"Please don't let there be snakes! Please don't let there be snakes!"

I would make a horrible location scout because me and the outdoors are acquaintances at best. (Do you know how muddy it is out there beyond city limits? Scary.) But I thought it would be a fun blog / photo project to take on, to occasionally add locations to this blog that look cool or interesting.

I was mostly inspired by Birdman Inc, who are location scouting experts. I looked at their Bay Area gallery and thought, "Dude, I haven't seen most of these places and I've been living here for most of my life!?! What the...."

So it's not about monumentally amazing locations, but for me it's about highlighting things and places that I find interesting. And hopefully they're not the kinds of locations that are already on tour guide books somewhere.
