3-on-3 #12: My Whole Foods

In spite of myself, I can be found at my local Whole Foods more frequently as of late. It's convenient and they have a lot of organic, local products so, I told myself I would sacrifice massive quantity for quality instead. But thankfully, I haven't had to sacrifice on taste. A few notes I've made for myself:
  • Don't bother with stuff that says "light on sodium" because I'm just gonna go home and add salt when I find out it's bland anyway.
  • Chocolove never gets boring. Almonds & Sea Salt Chocolate. So good.
  • A naan pizza (which sounds like a non-pizza, apparently) is very filling, despite its diminutive size.
  • I'm lazy and would rather consume most of my fruits and veggies in juice form. No peeling involved with juices, which is more appealing (pun ABSOLUTELY intended).
  • Quinoa is a pain in the butt to rinse. If you can find it clean and ready-to-go, go with that. But otherwise, this "pseudocereal" is such a great base for a lot of foods and is so good for you, too. I've made egg salad with it and plan on using it as a base for all my curry eating as well. Fantastic!
  • Finally, if you've ever wondered what $20 gets you at Whole Foods, here it is:
