(1) Susan Stripling
Her images are so elegant and timeless (I'm sure I can throw in a couple of other adjectives like "beautiful" and "stunning," but those first two definitely capture her style compared with other photographers). I've also purchased one of her think books, which have an incredible amount of detail regarding how she captures and edits an image. Susan's work is pure eye-candy for me whenever she blogs.... :)
(2) R.J. Kern
He specializes in a lot of off-camera flashes and light painting, both of which I think are really cool (though I do not do them myself). I love that his blog is a dash of motivational, inspirational, and just sheer goofiness at times. Although I'll be completely transparent and say that he may or may not be on this list because he's a certified hunk!
(3) bobbi+mike
OK, here are the folks who, if possible, I would absolutely hire to shoot my wedding. I mean, the images are truly solid and I'm just impossibly in love with them. On top of that, Ms. Bobbi goes all out with her cakes - who doesn't love that? PLUS - as if that weren't enough - she answers a ton of "fan" questions on Formspring as well. How she finds the time to do all this? I don't know, but I adore her all the more for it.
