It's Usually the BEST CAMERA

As someone's said -- and many people echoed -- to paraphrase, "The best camera is the one you have on you." I truly love the sentiment.

Nowadays, the best camera I have constant access to has been my LG Optimus V cell phone ($37/month on Virgin Mobile, baby!) with the Retro Camera app for Android. It's like Instagram, without the hefty expense of owning anything with a bitten apple logo on it.

I know a lot of people upload their mobile images to sites like Facebook and Twitter right away to share with the world, but I'm a little too lazy to do that on any regular basis. (I might give it a try in the future, though.) For now, I download all of the files off my phone and onto the computer and use Google Picasa to make quick collages.

Of course now that I type it out, it sounds like what I do takes way more time. Oh well. Enjoy!

Bottom right: This was the actual Sir Francis Drake, I believe.
